Description
Intelligent Imaging Innovations (3i) is seeking a Computer Workstation Technician to join our expanding team in Denver, Colorado.  3i was established in 1995 and manufactures cutting edge microscopy imaging platforms.  We are seeking an individual who possesses the required technical skills and abilities along with a passion to learn, grow and succeed.  This is a full-time position and requires occasional travel, both domestic and international.  3i offers an excellent salary + benefits package and a fantastic company culture.    

Summary
Install, maintain and repair high end computer workstations including hardware setup, BIOS modifications, and software installation.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Prior work experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies
• Proficient maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing Dell workstation computers
• Proficient troubleshooting and repairing Apple MacBook Pro and Dell Latitude laptops
• Experienced with network-attached storage and/or unified file systems
• Experienced with advanced computer configuration including BIOS setup, hardware RAID setup and maintenance, NVIDIA installation and configuration. 
• Experienced with the installation and maintenance of Windows 7 & 10

Responsibilities
• Apply systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware functional specifications;
• Design, develop, document, analyze, create, test and modify computer systems, including prototypes, based on and related to user and system design specifications;
• Perform computer quality assurance (QA) including installation documentation, and setup of customer workstations including BIOS, software, hardware drivers, and peripherals;
• Install and support SSD RAID systems in computer workstations and servers;
• Provide primary support for customer computer-related issues;
• Provide light help desk services for IT equipment issues;
• Install, maintain, manage internal IT server hardware/software;
• Manage internal computer assets including repair, software installation;
• Document IT protocols and procedures;
• Travel on occasion, both domestic and international.

Conditions of Employment
• Legally authorized for employment in the United States.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Agree to and sign 3i’s confidentiality, non-compete, employment agreement.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive for company business.
• Travel for company business, both domestic and international.

• Reside in the Denver-Metro or surrounding area.
